SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS 
LOCAL SHIPPING (TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO)
For shipping within Trinidad and Tobago, Chester Drawer utilises an independent shipping carrier, TTPOST, to fulfil our shipping services. Items shipped via TTPost will incur a flat rate fee of $5.00 USD/$34.00(TTD) which is included at checkout.
Please note that TTPost is in no way affiliated with Chester Drawer and this service is used independently as a shipping method. 
 
ORDER TRACKING
Dispatched orders are delivered to the customer within 2-5 business days. You can track your orders can be tracked using the TTPOST website ttpost.net

NOTE 
Orders placed on the weekend will be processed for delivery on the next week day. 

 
RETURNS 
The customer is free to return items if they desire. Returns are classified as non-defective returns and defective returns.
 
Non-defective Returns
Refunds will not be issued for non-defective items. Also, Chester Drawer will not cover shipping for returning non-defective items. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees incurred as a result of returning non-defective items
 
Defective Returns
If the item is defective and you wish to exchange it, Chester Drawer will incur shipping fees for the replacement of the new item. However, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees incurred as a result of returning defective items to Chester Drawer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Original/initial shipping fees will not be refunded for any type of returns. Thus, the customer will incur any shipping fees associated with returning defective or non-defective items.

If you are shipping an items valued over $100(USD), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
